The Boy Who Denied Wolf is a purposeful rewrite of the classic tale of the Boy Who Cried Wolf. Like Aesop's Tale it is meant as a teaching story. Both carry important lessons.
Aesop says that one should not disrespect and taunt danger. The updated lesson here says that one should not brandish an ideology that blind us to the very real dangers of the world.
